For over 7 years, we've been providing creative souls with the supplies they need to create fibre and floss masterpieces. Since our founding, our clients have relied on us for a well-stocked catalogue as well as our exceptional service. The Copper Kettle: Yarn & Bags Co is growing every year, and we’re using it as an opportunity to improve our already impressive product selection. If there’s something you can’t find, please let us know - custom orders are always available. And of course feel free to reach out with any questions, we’re happy to help!

Our Shipping Policy:

Due to Brexit, orders from the UK to the EU might incur VAT and Administration charges which are out of my control. These charges are the customers sole responsibility. If you do not accept your parcel and the goods are returned back to me, you will only be refunded the value of the items less any other charges that I may incur.
All International parcels will be sent VAT Unpaid. Again, it's the Customers responsibility to pay all the Customs fees that may be incurred.

There are online calculators available to help you work out any additional costs you may incur.

All will be dispatched around the 30th of the Month.
*Hand dyed yarn:
Turnaround time is 2-8 weeks from date of purchase.
*Fabric Project Bags & Vinyl front stitch bags:
Turnaround time is 2-6 weeks from date of purchase.
*Canvas products:

Turnaround time is 2-6 weeks from date of purchase.
*Please see individual listings for all other product dispatch dates.
*Ready to ship items: 
Will be dispatched 3-5 working days from date of purchase.

 If for whatever reason you are not happy with your order, you may of course return it to me. Please notify me as soon as possible, and within 14 days of purchase. Please return item to me within 14 days after notification of return. You can contact me via email: thecopperkettleyarnbagsco@gmail.com
Any products returned to me for an exchange or refund must arrive in its original condition to be able to be available for reselling. Custom orders cannot be returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. When I issue the refund, it will be the value less any paypal or card fees that I incur.
