Dispatch Timings for all products:

*Monthly Mystery Yarn & Stitch Clubs:
All will be dispatched around the 10th of the Month.
*Hand dyed yarn:
Turnaround time is 4-12 weeks from date of purchase.
*Fabric Project Bags & Vinyl front stitch bags:
Turnaround time is 2-6 weeks from date of purchase.
*Canvas products:

Turnaround time is 2-6 weeks from date of purchase.
*Please see individual listings for all other product dispatch dates.
*Ready to ship items:
Will be dispatched approximately 3-5 working days from date of purchase.

Our Shipping Policy:

Due to Brexit, orders from the UK to the EU might incur VAT and Administration charges which are out of my control. These charges are the customers sole responsibility. If you do not accept your parcel and the goods are returned back to me, you will only be refunded the value of the items less any other charges that I may incur.
All International parcels will be sent VAT Unpaid. Again, it's the Customers responsibility to pay all the Customs fees that may be incurred.
